Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Lead Preschool Teacher at Keystone Human Services from August 2012 to November 2014. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary & Graduate School, completed in 2012.
