Eric Blask has a strong background in education, starting their career as a Teacher in the Mason City School District from 2003 to 2007. Eric then joined the Greece Central School District, where they held various roles such as Math Coach, Coordinator for Mathematics Initiatives in Special Education, and Director of Mathematics. In these positions, they focused on curricular development, implementation, and staff development for mathematics. In 2012, Eric moved to the Webster Central School District, where they currently serve as the Director of Mathematics and Business, and most recently became the Director of Data and Informatics in July 2018.

Eric Blask has a strong educational background in the field of Mathematics and Educational Leadership and Administration. Eric attended Portville Central School District from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Regents Diploma. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from SUNY Geneseo, completing it from 1999 to 2003. Eric went on to earn a Master of Arts for Teachers degree in Mathematics from the University of Cincinnati, attending from 2006 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the University of Rochester, completing it between 2007 and 2009.
