Kim Starzyk has over 20 years of experience in various financial and benefits-related roles. Located eight miles outside of Rochester, New York, Webster is bordered by scenic Lake Ontario to the north and Irondequoit Bay to the west. It covers 52 square miles and includes all of Webster, and portions of Penfield, Ontario, and Walworth.
