William Hammel, M.Ed, is an experienced special education teacher currently serving as a K-2 special education consulting teacher at Webster Central School District since September 2022. Previously, William worked as a 3rd grade special education consultant teacher at York Central School District from September 2015 to August 2022. Located eight miles outside of Rochester, New York, Webster is bordered by scenic Lake Ontario to the north and Irondequoit Bay to the west. It covers 52 square miles and includes all of Webster, and portions of Penfield, Ontario, and Walworth.
