James Fiore

James Fiore is currently working as an Information Technology Help Desk Supervisor at Webster First Federal Credit Union since January 2020. Prior to that, James was an Information Technology Staff at Blackstone Valley Vocational Regional School District from June 2018 to August 2019. James is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell Online, expected to graduate in 2023. In their role, James manages a small team on the help desk providing support for technology at the operations center and branches, working with systems like Active Directory, O365, and Cisco phones.
