Shana Bandelean

Shana Bandelean is an experienced financial services professional with a comprehensive background in credit union operations and client account management. Currently serving as Branch Manager at Webster First Federal Credit Union since March 2016, Shana oversees daily operations, provides exemplary member service, and manages a team of tellers. Prior roles at Webster include Assistant Branch Manager and Member Service Representative/Loan Originator, where responsibilities included loan processing and account management.
