Kevin Wheeler

Kevin Wheeler is a seasoned professional in IT service management and support, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Webster Five since February 2023. Prior to this, Kevin held various leadership roles at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from July 2014 to February 2023, including Director of Support Services and IT Service Delivery Manager, overseeing a team servicing over 6,000 users. Kevin's earlier experience includes managerial positions at Avidia Bank and Hudson Savings Bank, where responsibilities ranged from help desk management to IT project oversight. Kevin's career in IT began with responsibilities as a Help Desk Coordinator and Network Technician at Hudson Savings Bank, and Kevin's foundational work experience includes a tenure as a Store Manager at The Paper Store and service in the United States Air Force, where recognition included the Air Force Achievement Medal. Kevin holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University.
