Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Webster Five is responsible for steering the strategic direction of the bank and ensuring operational excellence across all branches. Comprising senior executives from various departments including marketing, information technology, business lending, mortgage sales, retail banking, risk management, finance, and real estate lending, the team collaborates to drive growth, manage risk, and enhance the customer experience in Central Massachusetts.
