Mike Long

Mike Long has extensive experience in quality assurance and production management, currently serving as a QA Manager at Webster Industries, Inc., where employment began in January 2008. Prior roles include Production Manager and Continuous Improvement Coordinator at the same company. Prior to Webster Industries, Mike Long was a Lean Champion at American Standard Companies from December 1982 to December 2007. Since December 2018, Mike Long has been retired. Educational qualifications include two associate degrees in Business Management, achieved at Terra State Community College and Terra Community College between 1996 and 2003.
