Dina Allen

Dina Allen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor relations and education law. Currently a Partner at Webster Szanyi LLP since February 2023, Dina previously served as the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources at Lancaster Central School District from August 2021 to February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Attorney and Senior Labor Relations Specialist at Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES from October 2013 to July 2021, and as an Associate Attorney at Hodgson Russ LLP between September 2010 and September 2013. Early career positions included Law Clerk positions at Rich Products Corporation and Eoannou, Lana & D'Amico. Dina holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Princeton University.
