Joseph Lamonica

Joseph LaMonica possesses extensive experience in user support and academic technology services, currently serving as the Assistant Director of User Support Services at Webster University since October 2011. In this role, Joseph leads efforts to assist faculty, staff, students, and guests in utilizing university technology while adhering to the institution's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Prior to this position, Joseph held the role of Assistant Director of Media and Academic Technology Services, managing a team of 31 individuals and overseeing audio/visual event services for the university. Additional experience includes coordinating academic technology services and maintaining facilities at Webster, alongside past roles at Graybar and Saint Louis University, emphasizing management and support expertise. Joseph holds a Master of Educational Technology from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
