Rachael Amick

Rachael Amick serves as the Director of Housing & Residential Life at Webster University since June 2022, previously holding the position of Assistant Director of Residence Life at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from July 2014 to May 2022. Amick's extensive experience includes overseeing daily operations for a 4,300-bed residence life unit, managing diverse staff, and adapting programming to meet evolving student needs, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Key achievements include leading residential education initiatives, collaborating with campus committees on student support, and implementing various leadership and academic programs. Rachael Amick holds a Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Journalism in Strategic Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
