Ruban Ganeshu

Ruban Ganeshu has extensive experience in academic administration, serving as the Senior Site Registrar and Advising Supervisor at Webster University since January 2017, having progressed from the roles of Site Registrar and Senior Site Registrar. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Registrar at St. Teresa International University from October 2008 to May 2016 and working as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Delta Fire Protection and Equipment in early 2006. Ruban Ganeshu is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Administration at Westford, expected to complete in 2025, and holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in International Relations and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Webster University Thailand. Additional qualifications include a graduate certificate in International and Regional Security and ongoing professional development through a Certificate in Making Decisions for Senior Managers from the Chartered Management Institute.
