Christopher Pierce

Christopher Pierce is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process optimization and operational management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Process Optimization at Webster Bank since February 2023, Christopher supports Change Management initiatives and Continuous Improvement efforts within the Contact Center, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Prior to this role, Christopher held various leadership positions at StubHub from August 2012 to February 2023, including Head of Global Payment Operations, where oversight of the operational service delivery roadmap contributed to enhanced customer experiences. With a strong background in managing payment processes, reducing transactional losses, and driving strategic priorities, Christopher has consistently demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction across multiple organizations, including Eblens Clothing & Footwear and The Hartford. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Central Connecticut State University.
