Ellen Cavanaugh

Ellen Cavanaugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, employee benefits, and leave management. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Leave Management at Webster Bank since June 2022, Ellen is a subject matter expert in leave benefits and statutory leave plans, processing leaves of absence, and liaising with various departments. Prior experience includes over 16 years at Municipal Emergency Services as Employee Welfare Manager, overseeing HR, benefits, and insurance functions for over 500 employees, and managing a substantial benefits portfolio. Ellen's career began at Sony, and Ellen has held roles at General Electric and GESupply, accumulating strong administrative and support skills. Ellen holds a certificate in Accounting from Gibbs College and has completed coursework at Sacred Heart University.
