Felicia Wiggin

Felicia Wiggin serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for both Webster Bank and Sterling National Bank, overseeing compliance management and regulatory relations since March 2018. With extensive experience in compliance roles, Wiggin previously held positions such as Compliance Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where responsibilities included compliance risk management and regulatory advisory for corporate functions. Prior to that, Wiggin was the Chief Compliance Officer at CIT Group Inc., establishing its regulatory compliance program. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN Amro Bank NV, as well as a Vice President position at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Wiggin holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from Manhattan University.
