Frank Agrusa

Frank Agrusa is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in business banking. Currently serving as the Senior Managing Director and Business Banking Market Leader at Webster Bank since April 2021, Frank has also held various leadership roles within the organization, including Managing Director for both the Business Banking Team and overall Business Banking. Prior to Webster Bank, Frank was a VP and Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager at Capital One from March 2019 to April 2021, and spent over a decade at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where roles included VP Relationship Manager III and VP Business Banker. Frank's career began as an Account Manager at the New York City Business Solution Center, following time as a small business owner. Frank earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from St. John's University between 1997 and 2001.
