Jeffrey S. Ackerman

Jeffrey S. Ackerman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and asset-based financing. Currently serving as Managing Director at Webster Bank since February 2022, Ackerman previously held the same title at Sterling National Bank, where responsibilities included portfolio management and business development. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Santander Bank, overseeing the Middle Market and Corporate Banking sector in the New York Metro area, and Senior Vice President at Israel Discount Bank, managing a $635 million portfolio in the Asset Based Lending Department. Ackerman began a distinguished career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where as Senior Vice President, Regional Portfolio Manager, oversight was provided for a $2 billion asset-based portfolio across the Northeast region. Ackerman holds an M.B.A. from Long Island University and a Bachelor's Degree from Brooklyn College.
