Jennifer Compuesto

Jennifer Compuesto currently serves as the Senior Managing Director of HR Systems & Analytics, Operations, and Compliance at Webster Bank since February 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at Sterling National Bank from January 2006 to November 2022, including Director of HR Business Partners, Systems and Analytics, where strategic leadership was provided to enhance organizational effectiveness and talent engagement. Jennifer also led HR Operations and Analytics teams and managed the implementation of Human Capital Management systems. Jennifer holds an ILR Certificate in HR Studies from Cornell University, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from De La Salle University, and education from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
