Michael Sullivan

Michael Sullivan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in managing leveraged finance transactions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Webster Bank since June 2021, Michael previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Capital One, where responsibilities included leading underwriting processes for the food and beverage sector. Prior roles feature Vice President Senior Credit Officer at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, focusing on North American power project finance, and various senior positions at GE Capital, where key contributions included evaluating new leveraged finance opportunities and managing substantial investment portfolios. Michael began a career as a Project Engineer, gaining experience at New York University and Stone & Webster Engineering.
