Prior experience includes a tenure at Jefferies Finance LLC, where Theresa held roles from Associate to Senior Vice President, focusing on structuring and executing transactions across multiple sectors, including Aerospace & Defense and Telecom. Early career experience at PwC involved managing audit engagements and ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Quinnipiac University.
