Vladimer Ortega

Vladimer Ortega is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in banking and compliance. Currently serving as Managing Director at Webster Bank since February 2022, Vladimer has held significant roles such as CRA Officer at both Sterling National Bank and Hudson City Savings Bank. Prior to these positions, Vladimer worked at Capital One as CRA Compliance and spent over a decade at ING DIRECT in various banking capacities. Vladimer began the career at MBNA as Assistant Vice President from 1996 to 2000. Vladimer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Affairs from Saint Joseph's University, earned between 1989 and 1992.
