We have over 100 title professionals, including attorneys, real estate paralegals and licensed title producers, all with significant industry experience. Our client partners include foreclosure and default service providers, title insurance companies, creditor’s rights and real estate attorneys, banks and credit unions, realtors, investors, developers, tower owners, site management companies, and wireless service providers in the telecommunications industry. Our partner company, Customized Lenders Services (CLS), serves the mortgage lending industry with the coordination of services related to the mortgage closing process. CLS provides these bundled services on a local, state and national level, with direct operations in New York State and affiliations nationwide. We are the largest independently owned Abstract and Title Insurance company in Western New York. We believe that comes with a serious responsibility to our team members, to our community and to our client and vendor partners. We have a team that is well trained, experienced, and customer focused. Being a business in the greater Rochester area and New York State is important to us. Our ownership group lives here and so do our team members. We don’t outsource internationally because we want our community to succeed. We understand the importance of innovation.
