Soohwan Kim

Soohwan Kim currently serves as the Vice President of Investor Relations at WEBTOON, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Soohwan was Vice President of Investor Relations at Ingram Micro, where a confidential submission of a draft registration statement for a proposed initial public offering was announced. Soohwan also held the Vice President of Investor Relations position at Matterport, successfully leading the company to go public on Nasdaq in July 2021, raising $640 million and expanding sell-side coverage significantly. Previously, Soohwan was the Head of Investor Relations at NortonLifeLock, managing investor relations during a major rebranding effort and substantial financial changes, and at Versum Materials, overseeing investor relations amid a merger and competitive pressures. Academically, Soohwan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business.
