Dion Lobel has an extensive background in customer service and account management, with over three decades of experience in the industry. Starting as a Customer Service Agent at Southwest Airlines from January 1983 to June 1996, Dion progressed to the role of Customer Service Manager at WebTPA, where employment lasted from July 1998 to December 2004. Afterward, Dion served as Client Service Manager at CONEXIS from January 2005 to December 2009, before returning to WebTPA as an Account Executive in January 2010, a position held to the present day.
