Kyle M.

Kyle M. has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics and operations. Kyle started their career as an Audit Support Intern at Cotiviti in May 2012, where they automated processes and conducted analyses to improve efficiency.

In January 2013, Kyle joined WebTPA as a Medical Economics Analyst, where they developed logic and processes for various metrics and reporting. Kyle also converted acquired TPA's claims data into WebTPA's data warehouse for seamless integration.

In May 2016, Kyle transitioned to the role of Business Operations Analyst at WebTPA. Here, they supported the COO in process improvement, report automation, and data structure design. Kyle also built hundreds of reports and implemented indirect cost drivers for client profitability reporting.

Kyle then progressed to become the Manager of Data Analytics at WebTPA in May 2019. In this position, they managed a team of 8 analysts and trained them on automation tools, such as SQL-Embedded Excel Workbooks and Crystal Reports. Kyle led the team to automate numerous reports, resulting in significant time savings.

Currently, Kyle holds the position of Sr. Manager of Data Analytics at WebTPA, starting in July 2022.

Kyle M. attended Baylor University from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a field of study in Economics. Recently, in November 2021, they obtained a Lean Competency System Level 1c Green Belt certification from the Lean Competency System.
