Antoun (Tony) Dagher, P.Eng., ing., PMP®, is the Director of Operations for Quebec at Webuild and has extensive experience in the construction industry, specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects. Previously, Tony held key roles across several top companies, managing projects valued at over CAD 1.6 billion and leading teams of up to 1,800 staff. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Lebanese American University, Tony is recognized for implementing cost-effective strategies and maintaining project timelines while delivering high-quality results. Additionally, Tony is a certified professional engineer and a member of the Project Management Institute, reflecting a commitment to excellence in project management and engineering.
