Ashraf Kamha has a diverse work experience in the insurance and construction software industries. Ashraf co-founded WeBuild Construction Software (formerly Tenderfield) in 2019, where they currently serve as the Co-founder. WeBuild is a cloud-based construction management platform that helps contractors improve their project management practices. Prior to this, Ashraf worked as the CEO & Deputy Chairman of Dexta Corporation Ltd from 1998 to 2004. Dexta provided insurance facilities for corporations and professionals in various sectors. Before that, Ashraf was the Manager of Corporate and Professional Insurance at FAI Insurance from 1994 to 1998. Ashraf's early career involved working at American International Group from 1979 to 1994 in senior underwriting and general management positions across Australasia and Southeast Asia. During this time, they handled various insurance portfolios including professional indemnity, directors and officers liability, credit insurance, and more.

Ashraf Kamha has pursued a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Accounting at RMIT University. Additionally, they have completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at Ain Shams University. Furthermore, they are an Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, although the exact details of when this certification was obtained are unavailable.
