Alesia Usheva

Alesia Usheva has worked in various roles since 2008. Alesia started as an Economist at Gidroizolstroy, LLC in 2008, then moved to Lead Economist at ALMIKONSALT, LLC in 2010. In 2015, they became a Financial Analyst at Tegro.by, and most recently, they have been a Business Analyst / Development Team Lead at Weby Corp since 2017.

Alesia Usheva's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Organization and Planning of Construction from Belarusian National Technical University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Minsk State Architectural and Construction College between 2005 and 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Institute IBA, including Business Analysis: Information system design with BPMN and UML (72 PDH) in April 2020, Business Analysis: Foundations (40 PDH) in December 2019, and from Coursera Course Certificates, Client Needs and Software Requirements in December 2016.
