Joseph Henderson is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in network infrastructure management and project leadership. Currently serving as Team Leader for Network Infrastructure P&M at WEC Energy Group since 2017, Joseph oversees IT Senior and Principal Consultants, crafting strategic plans to support critical utility applications. Previous roles include Principal IT Infrastructure Consultant and Sr. IT Consultant at WEC Energy Group, where Joseph successfully managed complex IT projects to enhance business processes and customer satisfaction. With prior experience at the Federal Aviation Administration and Verizon Wireless, Joseph has developed a comprehensive skill set in project oversight, incident resolution, and LAN/WAN infrastructure optimization. Joseph holds an MBA from DePaul University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Governors State University and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Moraine Valley Community College.
