Renette Stiers

Renette Stiers is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion at WEC Energy Group since September 2013, where responsibilities include managing employee resource groups and ensuring compliance with EEO and affirmative action policies. In previous roles, Renette excelled in talent acquisition, supervising a team of recruiters and leading the implementation of collective bargaining agreements. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Assistant Manager at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where Renette facilitated employment policies and presented workshops on civil service hiring, as well as roles at Target where managerial skills were developed. Renette holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Management from the University of Illinois Chicago, in addition to being a certified group fitness trainer.
