Yelena Veisman

Yelena Veisman, CPA, MS-Tax, has extensive experience in tax systems and technology, currently serving as Senior Manager of Tax Systems & Technology at WEC Energy Group since July 2015. In this role, responsibilities include maintaining tax processes and technology infrastructure to ensure timely access to quality data and effective tools for the Tax Department. Prior to this position, Yelena worked as Income Tax Manager - Systems and Income Tax Manager - Regulated Utilities at We Energies from April 2003 to July 2015, focusing on tax accounting and compliance for regulated businesses. Yelena's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG, where roles included Tax Senior Associate and Principal Tax Accountant. Yelena holds an MS-Tax from the Lubar College of Business and a BA in Accounting, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
