Trisha Brimhall is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources, People, & Culture at WECC since July 2024, Trisha previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at AMPP from June 2015 to July 2024. Prior to that, Trisha worked as Human Resources Manager at Stealth Demolition Inc. from 2012 to 2015 and as Sr. Support to Design Build & Human Resources at Helix Electric from 2008 to 2012. Trisha holds a Master of Business Administration degree, earned between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, obtained from 2007 to 2010.

WECC
WECC promotes bulk power system reliability and security in the Western Interconnection. WECC is the Regional Entity responsible for compliance monitoring and enforcement and oversees reliability planning and assessments. In addition, WECC provides an environment for the development of Reliability Standards and the coordination of the operating and planning activities of its members as outlined in the WECC Bylaws.
