Narendra Kumar Gupta has a diverse work experience in the cosmetics industry. NARENDRA KUMAR started their career with Videocon Industries Limited as a Junior Engineer (Plastics) in 1992 and then worked as an Officer (Plastics) at VIP Industries Limited from 1993 to 1996. From 1996 to 1999, they served as a Production In-charge at Evershine Moulders Limited, Noida. NARENDRA KUMAR then joined Eveready Industries India Ltd as a Manager Production from 1999 to 2008.

In 2008, Narendra joined Toly Products India Limited as a Production Manager and was later promoted to Manager-Engineering & QMS from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they played a crucial role in implementing Lean Six Sigma Systems and ensuring effective quality control.

From 2013 to 2016, they served as the General Manager-Operations at Toly Products, where they led the operational planning and validation process. In 2016, they joined Albéa Group as a Senior Manager - CRP.

Most recently, Narendra worked as a Technical Consultant at Unico Cosmetica Baddi from March 2023 to September 2023. NARENDRA KUMAR will be joining Weckerle Cosmetics as the Head Technical Sales & Marketing from October 2023 onwards.

Diploma in Business Management from Indira Gandhi National University, Delhi, obtained in 2006. Gupta holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from Barkatullah University Bhopal, obtained in 1989. Gupta also has additional certifications in various areas such as Auditing, ISO standards, AutoCAD, and Six Sigma.
