Teresa Schoppa has diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Teresa is currently employed at weclapp as a Manager People & Culture, where they are responsible for various HR processes such as recruiting, talent management, policies, and culture development. Teresa also plays a key role in scaling the HR organization to support company growth. Prior to this, Teresa worked at mm1 - Die Beratung für Connected Business as a Recruiting Manager for four years. Their responsibilities included managing the recruitment process. Before that, they worked as a Research Associate Executive Search at TRANSEARCH International Deutschland GmbH for two years. Teresa started their career at LEONI Bordnetz-Systeme GmbH, where they gained experience as a Working Student and an Intern in HR Management.

Teresa Schoppa completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Economy from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg in the period of 2009 to 2012. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources and Labour Relations from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg from 2012 to 2015. Along with their academic qualifications, Teresa has obtained additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Teresa received an Agile Expert certification from Quadriga University of Applied Sciences in July 2021. In February 2020, they obtained a certification in "Modern Compensation & Benefits" from the same institution. Additionally, they acquired a specialization in Labor Law from ZAR - Zentrum für Aus- und Weiterbildung im Recht (IHK Zertifikat) in September 2017, becoming a Fachreferent für Arbeitsrecht.
