Diona Webb

Diona Webb is a Youth Empowerment Strategist and the Founder of WhysAdvice, where they lead initiatives aimed at fostering empathy, autonomy, and equity among young people. Currently, Diona delivers social-emotional learning workshops for high school students and develops youth workforce programs, emphasizing collaboration and community impact. Their professional background includes roles at WeCode KC, where they directed program development and community engagement, and experience in the nonprofit and corporate sectors, including mentoring students through the ProX Internship Program. Diona is also the Community Engagement Manager for the African American Arts Collective, advocating for the arts and fostering student involvement. Diona studies Psychology and Communications at Dillard University.
