Peer Support Team

The Peer Support Team at WEconnect Health Management comprises Peer Support Specialists and Recovery Support Specialists who facilitate member engagement and provide emotional and practical support to individuals tackling addiction. This team leverages personal experience and expertise to foster a compassionate, understanding environment, guiding members through their recovery journey, organizing peer meetings, and ensuring adherence to treatment plans. By monitoring member progress and facilitating communication between members and their care teams, they play a critical role in preventing relapse and promoting sustained recovery.
