Ben Ramsdale

Ben Ramsdale has a diverse work experience across various industries. Ben started their career as an Electrician at Balfour Beatty plc in 2006 and worked there until 2013. Following that, they set up their own business called RNI Electrical where they served as the Managing Partner from September 2013 to September 2015. During this time, they handled large domestic and commercial projects. In 2015, they joined Heathrow Express as an Assistant Contracts Manager. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Student Mentor at The Social Mobility Foundation. In 2020, they became the Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Connect, where they were responsible for legal and contractual matters. Ben then held positions as General Counsel, VP of Commercial and Legal, and currently as the Group Chief Commercial Officer at Connect. Additionally, they serve as a Non-Executive Director at Connectforce Community since September 2022.

Ben Ramsdale has a diverse education history. In 2006, they attended Oxford and Cherwell Valley College, where they pursued an Advanced Apprenticeship in Electrotechnical Installation. From 2010 to 2015, Ben studied at The Open University, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Ben then went on to UCL in 2015 and 2016, where they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a specialization in International Commercial Law. In 2018, Ben attended CILEX Law School for their Graduate Fast Track program in Commercial Law. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, Ben is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Candidate at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
