Frances Jaffer

Frances Jaffer is a CX Design Analyst at Connect since June 2022, with prior experience as a Voice User Interface (VUI) Designer at Sovran AI, where responsibilities included designing and managing diverse automated voice bot projects. As President of Furness College at Lancaster University from December 2019 to June 2020, Frances led a team of 12 officers and represented over 1000 students, fostering skill development among peers. Previous roles include Intercollege Quiz Coordinator at Lancaster University Management School, Recruitment Intern at Frontline - Changing Lives, Sales Assistant at The North Face, and Workshop Assistant at Poppy and Petal.
