Service Design & Assurance Director at Connect

Natalie Ricketts has a range of experience in service operations and design, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Natalie worked at Connect from 2019 onwards, starting as the Head of Service Design and later becoming the Head of Service Design and Operational Support Governance. In these roles, Natalie was responsible for creating a balance between customer needs and company goals, defining business processes, and identifying touchpoints in the customer journey. Natalie then became the Director of Service Operations, overseeing the Service Operations team and ensuring the delivery of services within agreed SLAs. Prior to their time at Connect, Natalie worked at G3 Comms from 2010 to 2019, holding positions such as Help Desk Coordinator, Help Desk Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Head of Support. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the support team, handling customer escalations, and ensuring efficient service delivery to top clients.

Natalie Ricketts obtained their education from multiple institutions. Natalie attended the John Roan School from 1991 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Applied Microbiology with a focus on Microbiology in general. Following their time at John Roan School, Natalie went on to UWE Bristol from 2000 to 2004 to earn their BSc HONS degree in Applied Microbiology. Their field of study during their time at UWE Bristol was specifically focused on Applied Microbiology.
