Jon Reed

Jon Reed has a diverse background in renewable energy and sales, currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager at WECS Renewables since March 2023. Prior to this role, Reed was the Strategic Business Development Manager for Renewable Energy at Applied Industrial Technologies from February 2022 to March 2023. Reed's experience includes a tenure at Evans Enterprises Inc. as a Sales Account Manager and nearly a decade at NextEra Energy Resources, where responsibilities included climbing wind turbines for operations and maintenance as well as serving as an environmental lead. Reed began a career in the energy sector as a Lineman at PenTex Energy from June 2003 to June 2008. Currently, Reed is pursuing education at North Central Texas College, having begun studies in 2001.
