Roger Lauricella is an experienced electrical engineer specializing in renewable energy, with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert Electrical Engineer for Renewables Substations and Collector Systems at Renewable Energy Leader since February 2003, Lauricella also holds the title of Vice President Technical Services & Support at WECS Renewables, overseeing technical support activities for wind, solar, and battery storage solutions. Previously, Lauricella held leadership roles at WECS, including Vice President of Operations and Maintenance, and contributed to electrical engineering projects with Vestas and major organizations such as New York Power Authority, Entergy, Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation, and Westinghouse Electric Services.
