Burke Dempsey

Burke Dempsey is currently the EVP at Wedbush Securities. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director - Strategic Development at Ellington Management Group from January 2012 to December 2014. Dempsey has also held the position of Managing Director-Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald from November 2006 to March 2011 and Managing Director at UBS from January 2000 to December 2003. In addition, they were the Managing Member at WellAuctioned from January 2004 to December 2012 and co-head of Financial Institutions Group at Sterne Agee CRT from November 2015 to June 2016.

Burke Dempsey holds a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University in Applied Earth Sciences, and they attended Phillips Academy for their high school education.

Burke Dempsey reports to Gary Wedbush, President. They are on a team with Kirsten Fraunces - EVP, Daniel Billings - EVP, and Robert Fitzsimmons - EVP.
