Robert Fitzsimmons

Bob Fitzsimmons is an experienced financial executive with a strong background in futures trading and brokerage management. Currently a Board Member at Velocity Trade Holdings and LIMELIGHT HOLDINGS, Bob also serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Futures at Wedbush Securities. Prior roles include founding Coveney Trading LLC, and leadership positions such as CEO at Optionshop, ITG Derivatives LLC, RedSky Financial LLC, and NQLX, where significant contributions were made in developing high-growth trading platforms and strategic partnerships. Bob has held senior roles at Nomura Securities International and started their career as a Bond Options Broker at Kidder Peabody. Bob holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
