Sameer Karim

Sameer Karim has a strong background in investment banking and finance. Sameer worked as a Senior Vice President at Wedbush Securities, where they sourced strategic advisory assignments and led transactions as the primary liaison between clients and counterparties. Prior to this, they gained experience as an Investment Banking Associate at both Morgan Stanley and Citi. Earlier in their career, Sameer worked at Cisco Systems as a Consulting Engineer, focusing on wireless and mobility technologies, and at Websense Inc as a Software Quality Engineer, responsible for maintaining the integrity of key product features.

Sameer Karim holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, specializing in Finance & Strategy. Sameer also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from UC San Diego. In addition to their degrees, Sameer has achieved certifications in Series 63 and Series 79 from FINRA in September 2012.
