Josh Naugle

Josh Naugle has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Preconstruction at Weddle Bros. Construction Companies since February 2013. In this role, Josh leads and supports commercial construction bids, demonstrated expertise in project breakdowns, subcontractor engagement, and budget development. Prior to Weddle Bros., Josh worked at ProCure Treatment Centers, Inc. as Project Engineer and Construction Administrator, managing the development of sophisticated proton therapy cancer treatment facilities. Experience includes project management at Koetter Construction and early roles at ARA Construction as an Estimator and Superintendent. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Indiana State University.
