Cassidy Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Rollins College, where they led and implemented activities for elementary children. In 2016, they interned as an Instructional Design Intern at Seminole County Public Schools, collaborating with subject matter experts to create course content and design interfaces. Cassidy then worked as a Hostess at Olive Garden, where they greeted and assisted guests, communicated with servers and managers, and helped with various tasks. Additionally, they served as a Server at Golden Thai, responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Since 2017, Cassidy has been a Help Desk Specialist at Rollins College, providing technical support. In 2019, they became involved with Non Compis Mentis Alumnae, serving as the Vice President of New Members and later as the Alumni Relations Officer, overseeing new member preparation, organizing events, and maintaining alumni relations. Currently, they are an Account Manager at Wedgewood Pharmacy.

Cassidy Rodriguez began their education journey in 2014 at Crooms Academy of Information Technology, where they obtained a high school degree in Information Technology. In 2017, Cassidy attended Rollins College and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Religion in 2021. During their time at Rollins College, Cassidy also pursued non-degree seeking studies in Religion/Religious Studies at Lancaster University in 2019.

After completing their undergraduate degree, Cassidy enrolled in Immaculata University in 2021 to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with an expected completion in 2023.

In addition to their academic achievements, Cassidy Rodriguez has obtained several certifications. They became a certified Pharmacy Technician through the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs-Office of Consumer Protection in July 2021. They also obtained certifications in Hepatitis C testing in April 2020, Youth Mental Health First Aid in April 2019, and HIV/AIDS Testing in June 2019, all through the State of Florida Department of Health.
