Denise Williams

Denise Williams has over 27 years of work experience in various payroll and compensation roles. Denise most recently worked at Wedgewood Pharmacy as a People Operations & Compensation Leader. Prior to that, they were a Senior Payroll Administrator at the same company. Before joining Wedgewood Pharmacy, Denise worked at Dassault Falcon Jet as a Payroll/Benefits Specialist for 12 years. Denise also served as a Payroll Manager at WSFS Bank for 6 years and as a Payroll Supervisor at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi for 3 years.

Denise Williams holds a CPP certification in Payroll from the American Payroll Association, which they obtained prior to the year 2000. Denise also completed an A.A.S degree in Accounting and Data Processing from Borough of Manhattan Community College, spanning from 1986 to 1988.

In addition to their formal education, Denise has obtained several certifications in the field of diversity and inclusion. In April 2023, they completed a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn. In May 2023, they obtained certifications in Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Inclusive Mindset, and Unlocking Authentic Communication in a Culturally-Diverse Workplace, all also from LinkedIn.
