Heather Lyn McCabe

Heather Lyn McCabe has extensive work experience in the veterinary services and pharmaceutical industries, spanning over two decades. Heather Lyn began their career as a Licensed Veterinary Technician at the University of Washington in 1995. McCabe then worked as an Associate Toxicologist and Sales Representative at Eli Lilly from 1997 to 2000. Heather Lyn subsequently joined Fort Dodge Animal Health as a Sales Representative from 2000 to 2002 and later moved to Bayer HealthCare as a Sales Representative in 2002.

In 2003, McCabe joined MWI Animal Health, where they held multiple roles over a 13-year period. Initially, they served as an Outside Sales Representative from 2003 to 2011, achieving double-digit growth in the Pacific Northwest, California, and Mountain territories. Additionally, McCabe led contract acquisition initiatives for capital equipment, laboratory diagnostics, and software, while improving key performance indicators.

In 2019, McCabe joined PetIQ as the Director of Training and Development. Here, they supervised and guaranteed the efficient performance of veterinary clinic staff and operations leadership through training sessions with other leaders. Currently, McCabe is serving as the National Sales Director at Wedgewood Pharmacy since 2020.
