Phil Orth

Phil Orth has extensive experience in various roles within Wedgewood Pharmacy since April 2014, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist and previously as an Operations Learning Consultant after a title change from Trainer. Phil's background includes training personnel in departmental requirements, supervising a team of 25 across Shipping, Dispensing, and Materials, operating tablet presses for bulk compounding, and compounding medication as a General Compounding Technician. Phil began career duties as a Dispensing Technician and Shipper, efficiently managing order assembly and packaging. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Rowan University, along with an Associate of Arts in Music Teacher Education from Cumberland County College.
